Unseen sweat hidden under Kengo’s armor beaded his brow, he was about to be late for a briefing for the first time. Panic had settled over Kengo, he only had ten minutes until he was supposed to arrive. He sprinted, arms swinging furiously at his sides. His feet churned up clots of dirt, as he dashed to the Lords office. Kengo glanced over, his golden eyes catching sight of a short cut.
He jumped up on to a crate placed next to the local ramen shop. Then he followed it with a front flip on to the roof, he sprinted from roof top to roof top. He jumped over each gap, never breaking stride as he landed each time. “Dang, I’ll never make it at this rate.” He activated the Spartain Dead Run Technique, increasing his speed dramatically. His legs were flooded with energy, surging through his muscles. He dashed forward, barley visible.
He could see the building from where he was at, but something was conspiring against him. As he jumped forward, stretching one foot forward to land on the tree, the branch snapped. He tumbled in the air, but managed to gain control over his fall. He landed in a crouched position, but was off in a matter of seconds. Running was an option now, he bounded from tree to tree. He jumped off each of the tree’s trunks to propel him forward, splintering the bark with each empowered step.
Kengo stopped after reaching the Lords main door. He let out a long sigh of relief, as he pulled the door open and stepped in. He walked over to the desk, and took a knee, bowing down placing his elbow on his knee. “Sorry, a little trouble along the way,” the deep muffled voice emanated from under the Spartain’s helmet.

Tamadra of course has been standing behind his desk and watched the bounding run from the view of his office. He had of course an all glass office that his father had installed. It was designed so that he could view all around him and see everything. It was a funny sight to see the man bound up the trees and almost fall.
"You know I remember a time when you could have made that dead run as if it were nothing. Oh those were the days wernt they?" Tamadra turned and signaled that the man could stand. As always Tamadra had a smile on his face and he walked over and put a hand on his sholder. "Your on time as always though you can be late, it wouldn't be unexpected if you were. Come the meeting is to start in a minute and I have much to discuss with the elders." He began to walk with ease. He left his shield where it was but kept his sword belted to him as he walked.

Kengo sat up, maintaining his gaze on Tamadra. A small hidden smirk escaped his mouth. His mind replayed all the times he had experienced with Tamadra. “Yes, those were the days,” he replied. He looked out the window, taking notice to the path he had just taken. He knew the Lord wouldn’t reall mind if he was tardy once or twice, but Kengo just didn’t like the idea, so he thrust it away.
He followed Tamadra, ambling gently beside him. Kengo could only begin to wander what the elders had to say. Was it a mission, or just a gossip assembly. Either way Kengo was fairly eager to get to meet the elders at last. It was quite surprising however he hadn’t even met them yet. But now was his chance.
OOC: Sorry, a little short.

Tamadra pushed the doors open and with a smile greeted each of the fourteen elders of the spartain village. They then gathered around the table slowly and took their respective seats. He directed Kengo around the table to wards his seat and sat down with Kengo's seat to the right of him. He smiled as he beat his hand on the table and silenced the group into order.
"Hello elders of Sparta, I ask you to listen to me completly and everything I have to say before you comment. There are matters today that will decide the fate of this village and our naboring village of Suna. So I ask you to listen to me and wait for my finish before you say anything." The elders nodded in agreement and he smiled leaning back in his chair.

Kengo entered the room behind Tamadra, he watched as he greeted each and every Elder. Kengo himself strolled over to his seat, trying not to look out of place. He sat down, watching the meeting from there. The elders talked to Tamadra, a little before the meeting. However, when the meeting was adjourned, all was quiet.
Kengo wandered...what could decide the fate of two villages. Apparently something on a grand scale was about to take place. The thought of war immediatley plcaed itself in Kengo's mind. He was going to have a chance to defend his village. The thought of fighting, filled him to the brim with excitement.

Tamadra looked around the room at the reactions of those who were sitting around and saw them wonder. Some were whispering to echother while others were sititng in deep contemplation. It was a strange sight to see as they sat around together looking to Tamadra for some sign that this was a joke or a prank. Something that told them they would be at ease for some time in their life.
"I have recently talked with the Kazekage Gaara of the Deasert. He has informed me that the organization known as the Akatsuki is on the move and searching around for people known as Jinchuuriki. These people hold demons inside of them and are very powerful. But there is a significant other problem as well. The lower villages seem to be in a state of uproar. They are bickering over land and property as well as power. The situation right now looks like every village is about to go to war. And if Suna goes we too must go. We are looking at another Great Shinobi War?"

Kengo's mouth fell open slightly, he expected to go to battle. Not to go to a mass village war, none the less he was prepared to go to war for the sake of the village. Another thing, that thrilled him was possibly getting to take on the Akatsuki. The stakes were high, Kengo could have cared less. He held back the urge to ask when the war was starting, or when they were entering. He silently listened to the mumbles of the elders. Kengo doubted they would go to war also.
Kengo’s eyes wandered back to Tamadra, he was observing the reactions of all the others. ”I wonder if Tamadra is ready,” Kengo wondered.

Tamadra beat his hand twice on the table to call the elders to silence. It was a hard time to do so but if he had not it would be a very devastating time. He looked at the group around him and saw that most were frightened of the aspects of another grand shinobi war, all except the right hand of sparta Kengo. He looked at the man with a reassuraning smile then turned back to the group.
"I know you are afraid of this grand war, but Sparta and Suna will not be alone. The 4 other Kage, the for other grand villages; have allied with Suna. This means we will have the full force of the five grand villages behind us. But as of now we need to launch a premptive strike. I have information to believe that Smoke village is planning to attack Rain village. I will be dispatching a group their to defend Ame. They are a key point between the five great shinobi villages and the lower ones. They are also a village we need to keep because they supplies the main villages. Losing them is a strategic disadvantage and in a prelude to a war that is the worst thing we can have."
